Comox Valley Newcomers Club
We are a social club open to women who have resided in the Comox Valley for less than two years. Monthly meetings offer interesting topics and speakers as well as opportunities to sign up for activities and meet other women new to the area.
Make new friends, get to know the Comox Valley, develop new interests, and have fun with the Comox Valley Newcomers Club!

The Comox Valley Newcomers’ Club started in 1988 with about 30 women. 2018 will mark 30 years of newcomers in Comox Valley and our club has now grown to over 200 members. We will announce plans to celebrate our thirtieth anniversary in the new year.
Club activities have changed over the years depending upon the interests of the current membership. Presently, we have over 30 activities for members to enjoy with several new activities starting up this year. It is the members who step forward to share their interests and talents with others who we have to thank for this broad range of activities. In fact, volunteering is one of the essential elements of the club. There are many opportunities available beyond participation, such as convening an activity, hosting a 'Coffee House’ or ‘Appy Night’, or assisting with a ‘Friday Walk N’ Talk’.
Enjoy all the activities available in the Comox Valley. Meet new people, form new friendships and remember to have fun! I look forward to meeting you at activities and meetings throughout the year.
